What we store
Only what is needed to run an invite-only workspace: your email address, a display name, your access level, and the workspace content itself (people, projects, tasks, whiteboards, and ecosystem notes). Authentication is handled by our hosting provider; passwords are never visible to us.
Why we store it
To sign you in, to show you the right content, and to keep the workspace limited to invited people. That is the whole list.
Who can see it
The workspace owner and invited members. Content is not public, not indexed, and not shared with third parties. There is no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no behavioural analytics.
Retention and removal
Your account exists while your access does. Ask the owner to remove your account and the associated profile record will be deleted. Workspace content itself belongs to the workspace.
